WALE'S EXPERIENCE IN NIGERIA WITH OLAMIDE

American based rapper Wale, has gone back to join his Maybach Music clique after an exciting experience in Nigeria last December, he left with the memories of the fun he had.
During his stay in Nigeria, Wale spent most of his time with one of Nigeria's best rappers Olamide, Wale took the viral ‘gunman pose’ concept with him.

In a picture shared on Olamide’s IG, Wale displayed the pose while his label mate Meek Mill looked in awe.

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Air Vice Marshal Muhammadu Alhaji Muhammed (retd) as the new Director-General of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) to replace Mustapha Maihaja. Appointment of the new NEMA  DG was announced on Saturday by a statement which emanated from the office of the Secretary to Government of the Federation (SGF). Signed by Willie Bassey, Director, Information, the statement said the appointment took effect from Thursday, April 30, for an initial period of four years in accordance with Section 3 of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Act. The statement added: “The erstwhile Director General, Mustapha Y. Maihaja, has been directed to hand over all official matters to AVM Muhammadu Alhaji Muhammed immediately. “The President thanked the outgoing Director-General for his services and charged the new appointee to serve with diligence and commitment.”

Edo guber: Obaseki allegedly joins PDP, picks membership card in Oredo

After his disqualification from the governorship primaries of the All Progressives Congress, APC, sources have claimed that the Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, has joined the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. DAILY POST gathered that few minutes after his disqualification, Gov Obaseki collected his PDP membership card at Ward 4, Oredo Local Government Area of the state. Recall that Obaseki had said he would not challenge his disqualification from the exercise. It was also gathered that the governor will be moving into the PDP with all the 18 local government chairmen in Edo State together with 12 lawmakers in the State Assembly. Governors under the PDP umbrella are billed to visit him this weekend. Further findings by DAILY POST revealed that some members of the PDP were already preparing to receive the governor. A former House of Representatives candidate, who did not want her name mentioned, said the governor had no choice than pitch his tent with the opposition PDP...
